Please be sure that your order selection and delivery address are correct before placing your order. Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days and shipped via USPS first class mail. 

Please understand that bows are carefully handmade and there may be minor variations.

If you would like to return or exchange items, please email hello@shopacregoods.com. Because each of our bows is handmade with care, returned items must be unworn and unsealed to be eligible for a return.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which helps cover the time and care involved in inspecting, processing, and preparing our handmade pieces for inventory again.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee and any original shipping charges.
